Job Description – Sales Assistant (Female)
Industry: PVC Doors Dealer
Position: Sales Assistant
Gender Preference: Female
Key Responsibilities
- Attend walk-in customers and explain product details
- Handle customer enquiries through phone, WhatsApp, and email
- Prepare quotations, invoices, and sales reports
- Coordinate with sales executives and warehouse team
- Maintain customer database and follow-up records
- Support order processing and delivery coordination
- Update product pricing and stock details
- Assist in showroom management and customer service
- Achieve daily and monthly sales support targets
- Required SkillsGood communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Word, Email)
- Experience in sales coordination or showroom sales preferred
- Ability to handle customers professionally
- Knowledge of billing/software systems is an added advantage
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Female candidate preferred
- Experience in building materials/interior products preferred
- Freshers with good communication skills can also apply
- Candidates from nearby locations preferred
Salary: Maximum gross upto 16,000/PM (Based on experience)
Working Hours 9:30 AM to 7:30 PM
