About the Role

We are looking for confident, energetic, and target-oriented Academic Counselors who can connect with parents, understand student learning needs, explain our educational programs, and help students enroll in the right courses.

Compensation & Earnings

• Fixed Monthly Stipend: ₹3,000 – ₹5,000
• Per Enrollment Incentive: ₹1,500 – ₹3,000
• Weekly & Monthly Performance Bonuses
• Unlimited earning potential based on performance
• Top performers can earn ₹30,000 – ₹60,000+ per month

Probation & Confirmation Process

• All selected candidates will undergo a 30-day probation and onboarding period.
• During the probation period, candidates will receive complete training, counseling guidance, scripts, and lead support from the company.
• To qualify for permanent confirmation and fixed stipend benefits, candidates are required to complete a minimum of 2 successful enrollments during the probation period.
• Candidates who successfully meet the required performance standards will be confirmed as permanent Academic Counselors from the second month onward.

Important Compensation Structure

• The fixed stipend structure will start after successful completion of the probation and confirmation process.
• During the initial probation month, candidates will continue to earn attractive per-enrollment incentives and performance-based bonuses.
• Confirmed candidates will become eligible for fixed monthly stipend benefits along with continued incentives and growth opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

• Connect with parents through calls and WhatsApp
• Understand student learning requirements
• Guide parents regarding suitable learning programs
• Explain course features, benefits, and enrollment process
• Handle follow-ups and parent queries professionally
• Maintain daily activity and counseling reports
• Achieve weekly and monthly enrollment targets
