Account Manager

Job Summary-

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Account Manager to oversee accounting operations, payroll management, statutory compliance, client account management, and team supervision. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in the facility management or manpower industry and possess strong knowledge of payroll processing, statutory compliance, invoicing, and account reconciliation.

Key Responsibilities-

• Accounts & FinanceGenerate and issue invoices accurately and within defined timelines.
• Review invoices for discrepancies, inaccuracies, and correct TDS calculations.
• Reconcile client accounts with the general ledger and resolve any discrepancies.
• Monitor receivables and follow up with clients regarding overdue payments.
• Handle client account-related queries and provide timely resolutions.
• Prepare periodic financial reports and maintain accounting records.
• Payroll ManagementManage the complete payroll cycle for employees, ensuring timely and accurate salary processing.
• Verify attendance, salary structures, deductions, reimbursements, and statutory contributions.
• Ensure payroll compliance with applicable labor laws and company policies.
• Statutory ComplianceEnsure timely and accurate filing of PF, ESIC, Professional Tax (PT), and other statutory returns.
• Maintain compliance records and documentation as per regulatory requirements.
• Address queries raised by employees, clients, and regulatory authorities regarding PF, ESIC, PT, and payroll matters.
• Conduct periodic compliance audits and recommend corrective actions where necessary.
• Stay updated with changes in labor laws, payroll regulations, and compliance requirements.
• Team ManagementLead and supervise a team of 5–6 executives.
• Allocate work, monitor team performance, and ensure timely completion of tasks.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 5–6 years of experience in Accounts, Payroll, and Compliance functions.
• Experience in Facility Management, Manpower Outsourcing, Staffing, or related industries is mandatory.
• Strong knowledge of PF, ESIC, PT, TDS, Payroll Processing, and Labor Compliance.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Tally, ERP systems, and payroll software.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and team management skills.
• Ability to handle multiple client accounts and meet strict deadlines.
