Accountant

• Key ResponsibilitiesMaintain day-to-day accounting records and bookkeeping
• Handle purchase, sales, receipts, payments, and journal entries
• Prepare invoices, payment follow-ups, and expense statements
• Maintain client-wise and case-wise billing records
• Handle GST entries, GST returns, TDS, and tax-related compliance
• Perform bank reconciliation and maintain cash flow records
• Maintain employee salary records and reimbursement statements
• Coordinate with CA for finalization, audit, and taxation matters
• Maintain vendor and client payment tracking
• Prepare MIS reports and monthly financial summaries
• Maintain proper filing of invoices, vouchers, and legal/account documents
• Support office administration and documentation work when required
• Required Skills & QualificationsBachelor’s Degree in Commerce (B.Com/M.Com preferred)
• Knowledge of Tally, MS Excel, GST filing, and accounting procedures
• Minimum 1–3 years of accounting experience preferred
• Good communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality
• Knowledge of insurance or legal industry accounting will be an added advantage
• Preferred Software KnowledgeTally Prime
• MS Excel / Google Sheets
• GST Portal & Banking Portals

SalarySalary will be offered based on experience, knowledge, and interview performance.
