Job Description
Job Title: Telecalling Executive – Loan RecoveryJob Summary:We are looking for a Telecalling Executive for Loan Recovery who will be responsible for contacting customers to remind them about overdue payments and ensuring timely recovery of outstanding dues. The candidate should have strong communication skills and the ability to handle customers professionally.
- Key Responsibilities:Make outbound calls to customers for loan repayment follow-ups
- Inform customers about pending dues, EMI dates, and penalties
- Convince customers to make timely payments
- Handle customer queries and provide proper solutions
- Maintain accurate records of calls, payments, and follow-ups
- Meet daily/weekly/monthly recovery targets
- Escalate unresolved or critical cases to senior team members
- Requirements:Minimum qualification: 12th pass / Graduate preferred
- Good communication and convincing skills
- Basic knowledge of computers (MS Excel, calling software)
- Ability to handle pressure and achieve targets
- Prior experience in telecalling or loan recovery is preferred (Freshers can apply)
