Accountant

Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented Accountant & Procurement Executive to manage day-to-day accounting operations along with project-wise material procurement, vendor coordination, cost tracking, and inventory management for interior design projects.

Key Responsibilities

Accounts & Finance 

Daily accounting entries 

Managing Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable.

Bank reconciliation and cash flow monitoring.

Vendor bill verification and payment processing.

Preparing monthly financial reports.

Procurement & Project Coordination.

Project-wise material requirement tracking.

Obtaining quotations from vendors and suppliers.

Following up with vendors for timely deliveries.

Maintaining procurement records and purchase registers.

Coordinating with Interior Designers, Site Supervisors, and Vendors.

Monitoring project budgets and material expenses.

Inventory & Cost Control 

Tracking inward and outward material movement.

Maintaining inventory records.

Monitoring wastage and material shortages.

Preparing project-wise cost sheets.

Assisting management in cost optimization and profitability analysis.

Required Skills

Knowledge of Tally Prime and MS Excel.

Basic knowledge of procurement and vendor management.

Strong negotiation and communication skills.

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Attention to detail and documentation.

Qualification B.Com / M.Com 

1–5 years of experience in Accounting, Procurement, or Interior Design/Construction industry.

Preferred Experience Candidates having experience in Interior Design, Construction, Architecture, Furniture Manufacturing, or Building Material Procurement will be preferred.
