Accountant

We are looking for an experienced and responsible Accountant to manage our day-to-day accounting and billing activities.

• Key Responsibilities:Maintain and update all company books of accounts
• Handle sales and purchase billing
• Maintain customer and supplier accounts
• Regularly follow up and maintain outstanding payments and receivables
• Manage stock records and inventory reconciliation
• Maintain purchase, sales, debit/credit notes and payment entries
• Coordinate with suppliers and customers regarding accounts and payments
• Prepare regular outstanding and stock reports
• Ensure all accounting records are accurate and up to date
• Coordinate with the management and CA for required accounting and GST-related work

Requirements:

• Experience in accounting, billing and inventory management
• Good knowledge of Tally/Accounting Software and MS Excel, MEDI VISION (PLATINIUM)
• Strong understanding of GST, purchase, sales and payment entries
• Good communication and follow-up skills
• Responsible, organised and detail-oriented
