Job Description

Required Skills :

1.Basic knowledge of accounting principles.

2.Familiarity with Tally ERP / Tally Prime and MS Excel.

3.Understanding of GST and invoice processing.

4.Good communication and organizational skills.

5.Attention to detail and accuracy.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Key ResponsibilitiesMaintain purchase, sales, payment, and receipt entries in accounting software.
  • Prepare invoices, vouchers, and bank reconciliation statements.
  • Handle GST data entry and basic tax documentation.
  • Maintain petty cash and expense records.
  • Assist in monthly closing and financial reporting.
  • Coordinate with vendors and clients regarding payments.
  • Maintain proper filing of financial documents and records.
  • Support senior accountants during audits and compliance work.
