About the Role: We are looking for a motivated Junior Recruiter to support our talent acquisition team in sourcing, screening, and hiring quality candidates. This is an entry-level role ideal for someone eager to learn recruitment processes and build a career in HR/talent acquisition.

• Key ResponsibilitiesPost job advertisements on job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.) and social media
• Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements
• Conduct initial phone/video screenings to assess candidate suitability, experience, and communication skills
• Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers
• Maintain candidate databases and track recruitment progress using spreadsheets or ATS
• Communicate promptly with candidates, provide feedback, and ensure a positive candidate experience
• Assist senior recruiters with sourcing strategies and recruitment campaigns
• Perform basic background checks and coordinate onboarding documentation

Requirements & Skills:

Experience: 0–2 years in recruitment, HR, or related roles (internships count)

• Education: Graduate or MBA in HR preferred
• English Proficiency: Strong written and verbal English communication skills
• Recruitment Knowledge: Basic understanding of the recruitment lifecycle, screening, and sourcing techniques
• Technical Skills: Familiarity with Microsoft Office/Google Sheets; comfort using job portals and LinkedIn
