Job Description
Job DescriptionWe are looking for an experienced HR Manager who can lead recruitment, HR operations, employee management, performance tracking, HR policies, compliance, onboarding, and team coordination for a fast-growing business group.
The candidate will be responsible for building and managing structured HR processes, supporting department heads, managing hiring plans, maintaining employee records, handling HRMS/attendance, supporting payroll coordination, and ensuring smooth employee lifecycle management.
This is not only a recruitment role. The HR Manager will be expected to bring structure, discipline, reporting, policy implementation, and people management systems into the organization.
- Key ResponsibilitiesHandle end-to-end recruitment for multiple departments and roles
- Prepare hiring plans based on business requirements
- Source, screen, shortlist, and schedule candidates for interviews
- Coordinate with department heads for interview feedback and final selection
- Manage onboarding, documentation, induction, and joining formalities
- Maintain employee records, attendance, leaves, HRMS data, and employee files
- Support payroll inputs, salary records, and monthly HR reports
- Prepare and implement HR policies, leave policies, attendance policies, WFO policies, and employee discipline processes
- Track employee performance, punctuality, attendance, and daily reporting discipline
- Support performance review cycles, KPI tracking, and manager feedback process
- Coordinate with team leaders and managers for employee performance and retention
- Handle employee queries, workplace issues, and basic grievance management
- Ensure statutory compliance coordination related to PF, ESI, PT, TDS, gratuity, and documentation
- Maintain proper HR reports for hiring, attrition, attendance, onboarding, and performance
- Manage and guide HR team members/recruiters if required
- Work closely with the Operations Manager and management team on people-related decisions
