Key Responsibilities:

• Recruitment and Hiring: Managing the entire hiring process, from sourcing candidates to conducting interviews and making offers. 
• Employee Relations: Addressing employee concerns, resolving grievances, and fostering a positive work environment. 
• Training and Development: Planning and implementing training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge. 
• Performance Management: Implementing performance review procedures and providing feedback to employees. 
• Compliance: Ensuring adherence to all applicable labor laws and company policies. 
• Employee Engagement: Implementing initiatives to improve employee morale and engagement. 
• Onboarding and Offboarding: Managing the onboarding process for new hires and ensuring smooth exit procedures for departing employees. 
• Benefits Administration: Overseeing employee benefits programs, such as health insurance and retirement plans. 
• Record Keeping: Maintaining accurate and up-to-date HR records. 
• Policy Development: Creating and updating HR policies to ensure compliance and effectiveness.
