Job Description
- Key ResponsibilitiesManage day-to-day accounting activities for the service workshop.
- Monitor and reconcile workshop revenue, job card billing, warranty claims, and customer payments.
- Oversee accounts payable, vendor payments, and expense control.
- Ensure accurate accounting of spare parts consumption and inventory-related transactions.
- Prepare monthly financial statements, MIS reports, and profitability analysis for workshop operations.
- Reconcile bank accounts, customer ledgers, and vendor accounts.
- Coordinate with service, spare parts, and warranty teams to ensure accurate financial reporting.
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and cost-control initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, and other statutory requirements.
- Assist in internal and external audits and maintain proper documentation.
- Monitor outstanding receivables and follow up for timely collections.
- Implement and maintain internal financial controls and dealership accounting
