Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic, motivated, and result-driven Admission Counsellor to join our team at Arbor Academy. The Admission Counsellor will serve as the primary point of contact for prospective students and parents, playing a vital role in shaping their first impression of the academy. This role involves providing accurate, comprehensive, and personalized guidance regarding our academic programs, admission procedures, eligibility criteria, and career pathways.
The successful candidate will actively engage with inquiries received through phone calls, emails, walk-ins, and digital platforms, ensuring timely follow-ups and effective communication throughout the admission journey. They will be responsible for understanding student needs, recommending suitable programs, and guiding applicants through the end-to-end enrollment process with professionalism and care.
