Job Role & Responsibilities

Design & Drafting: Prepare comprehensive 2D floor plans, architectural layouts, 3D elevations, and structural drawings for residential and commercial construction projects.

Plotting & Layout Design: Design master blueprints, layout subdivisions, and infrastructural positioning for land plotting ventures.

Redevelopment Planning: Execute detailed measurement surveys of existing structures and develop modernized architectural solutions for building redevelopment projects.

Software Proficiency: Extensively utilize architectural tools such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, Revit, or V-Ray to produce high-precision models and renders.

Site Inspection & Supervision: Conduct regular on-site visits to monitor execution, ensure work aligns perfectly with sanctioned architectural plans, and address structural modifications.

Coordination: Collaborate closely with civil engineers, site supervisors, project managers, and external consultants to ensure project timelines are met.

Requirements & Qualifications

Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture (B.Arch) or Diploma in Architecture.

Experience: Minimum of 1 year of practical, field-specific experience in architectural designing and real estate projects.

Technical Skills: Proficient command over drafting, structural layout optimization, and rendering software.

Core Competencies: Thorough understanding of construction materials, local building methodologies, and space optimization techniques.

Soft Skills: Strong professional communication, eye for detail, project visualization, and effective team coordination.
