Job Description*  Should Have Experience of Minimum 5 Years in Designing for a

Resort Project

 Experience in architectural design co-ordination.

 Prepare 2D & 3D presentation/design drawings.

 Incorporate Integrated Sustainable Design solutions into projects

 Team player & capable of handling team of 5-6 members

efficiently, Capable of preparing working drawings & detail

drawings for execution,

 Proactive with Excellent communication & management skills,

 Have good working knowledge of current materials, prices, able to

work on & check BOQ.

 Attend regular site & client meetings.

 Assignments require independent action & decision making as well

as ability to work with others.

 May have regular interface with clients & consultants.

 May assist in work Planning & scheduling processes.

Candidate Profile*  B.Arch / M.Arch with strong knowledge Designing & Planning

 Proficiency in 3D modeling in Sketchup / 3D Max, MS office,

Photoshop.
