Job Description

Find JD: Job Title: Manager – Loan Sales (DSA)


Experience: Minimum 1 year in DSA/Banking/NBFC Loan Sales.


  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and lead the sales team to achieve business targets.
  • Coordinate with banks for loan login, approval, and disbursement.
  • Generate business through the DSA channel.
  • Build and maintain relationships with banks and channel partners.
  • Monitor daily sales activities, follow-ups, and team performance.
  • Ensure timely customer service and compliance with company policies.


Requirements:

Graduate in any discipline.

Minimum 1 year of experience in Loan Sales.

Good communication, leadership, and bank coordination skills.

Knowledge of Home Loans, LAP, Personal Loans, and other retail loan products.
