Role Overview We are seeking a highly motivated and professional individual for the position of Assistant Field Manager. The role involves supporting and executing on-ground political operations, coordinating with multiple stakeholders, and ensuring smooth implementation of strategies across various locations.
Key Responsibilities :-
• Assist in planning and execution of field operations and political campaigns
• Coordinate with internal teams, local representatives, and stakeholders
• Monitor field activities and ensure timely reporting
• Collect and manage on-ground data and insights
• Ensure effective execution of assigned tasks within deadlines
• Travel across Maharashtra for operational requirements Key Requirements
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Professional personality and presentable appearance
• Good understanding of political landscape and current affairs
• Fluency in Marathi is mandatory
• Comfortable with extensive travel and field work
• Flexible, proactive, and adaptable to dynamic work environments
Educational Qualification • Graduation in any discipline (mandatory)
