Job Description

JD - Associate 

  •  Customer Service: Greeting customers, addressing queries, and providing assistance to ensure a positive shopping experience.
  • Inventory Management: Arranging products on shelves, replenishing stock, and maintaining product displays.
  • Sales Promotion: Informing customers about new products, discounts, and promotional offers.
  • Store Operations: Assisting with billing or packing when required.

 

Key Qualifications & Requirements

  • Experience: freshers/ Experienced
  • Education: 10th -12TH -pass.
  • Age Limit: 18–25 years.
  • Skills: Strong communication skills, sincerity, and patience in handling customers.

 

Compensation & Benefits

  • Salary: up to ₹12,000 to ₹14,000.
  • Bonus – Yes
  • Allowances- Yes
  • Benefits: PF/ ESIC.
