Office Assistant

Working Time: 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM

• Opening and closing classrooms / office as required
• Handling basic office support work (photocopying, file movement, stationery)
• Assisting staff with daily routine tasks
• Any other office-related work assigned by management
• Requirements:Basic reading and understanding ability
• Punctual, honest, and responsible
• Willingness to work in an educational environment
• Prior experience preferred but not mandatory

• Maintain cleanliness of office and classrooms

• Ensure proper arrangement of furniture and materials

• Support daily office operations

• Start generator when required

• Check basic maintenance issues

• Manage petrol / fuel requirements

• Assist in basic technical work

• Assist during classes and events

• Help in student coordination

• Bank work / courier / printing work

• Purchase stationery and materials

• Basic technical understanding preferred

• Local candidate preferred

Salary: As per discussion Weekly Off: As per institute policy
