Job Description

  • Key ResponsibilitiesMaintain cleanliness and organization of the office premises
  • Serve tea, coffee, and refreshments to staff and visitors
  • Handle office errands such as photocopying, scanning, and filing documents
  • Assist in moving files, documents, and office supplies between departments
  • Monitor and replenish office supplies (stationery, pantry items, etc.)
  • Support administrative staff with basic tasks as required
  • Open and close the office as per schedule
  • Ensure meeting rooms are clean and set up before meetings
