Job Description

Strong coordination & communication, Problem-solving & quick decision-making, Knowledge of local routes (especially Pune & nearby areas),Basic Excel & reporting skills, Ability to handle pressure and multitask.

1. Booking & Dispatch Management Handle daily cab bookings (corporate & individual clients)

  • Allocate vehicles and drivers as per requirement
  • Ensure timely vehicle dispatch and trip execution
  • Monitor ongoing trips and handle real-time issues

2. Fleet Management Track vehicle availability and utilization

  • Ensure vehicles are clean, maintained, and road-ready
  • Schedule regular servicing, repairs, and inspections
  • Monitor fuel usage and mileage

3. Client Coordination Communicate with corporate clients for bookings and updates

  • Handle escalations, complaints, and service feedback
  • Ensure high service quality and client satisfaction
  • Coordinate for emergency or last-minute bookings
