ABOUT KANSA ORGANICS
Kansa Organics is a premium Ayurvedic skincare brand bringing the wisdom of ancient Indian wellness to a global audience. We craft clean, efficacious products rooted in Ayurvedic formulation for the modern consumer. We are a lean, fast-growing team and this is a foundational role.
We are looking for someone who has experience with Shopify, can manage orders, invoicing, procurement and work with the founder on a daily basis on all operational tasks.
WHAT YOU'LL OWN
Marketplace & D2C Operations
• Manage daily order processing, fulfillment tracking, and dispatch across Amazon, Nykaa, and our D2C website
• Maintain accurate product listings — title, images, pricing, stock — across all platforms
• Coordinate with our 3PL/warehouse partner for timely pickups and correct packaging Inventory & Supply Chain
• Track inventory and raise purchase orders proactively with our manufacturer/supplier
• Maintain a weekly SKU-wise, channel-wise inventory MIS
• Flag slow-moving vs. fast-moving SKUs and report to founder monthly
Customer Experience
• Own end-to-end customer query resolution across email, WhatsApp, and marketplace portals — within 48 hours
• Manage returns, replacements, and refund workflows
• Collect and organize customer feedback; flag patterns to the team
Admin & Compliance
• Maintain vendor records, courier agreements, and platform account health
WHO YOU ARE
• 1–3 years of experience in operations, supply chain, or e-commerce — D2C, beauty, or wellness preferred
Hands-on with Amazon Seller Central, Nykaa Seller Panel, or similar portals
• Comfortable with Excel/Google Sheets — you live in spreadsheets
• Detail-obsessed, a strong follow-upper, calm under pressure
