About Us:
Sylwen Investments is a wealth-management company offering end-to-end financial planning, investment management, and client advisory services. We are looking for a dependable and proactive Office Assistant to support our operations by managing external tasks, documentation handling, and client interactions.
Role Overview:
The Office Assistant will be responsible for executing all field-related activities, including visiting companies, AMC offices, and client residences to collect, submit, or verify documents. The role requires a trustworthy individual with strong coordination skills in English, Hindi and Marathi and the ability to handle confidential information with care.
- Key ResponsibilitiesVisit companies, banks, and institutions to collect and submit forms and other documentation.
- Coordinate with various Asset Management Companies (AMCs) to obtain information, submit applications, and pick up acknowledgements.
- Visit clients’ homes or offices to collect documents, obtain signatures, or assist with completing forms and compliances.
- Handle legal paperwork, including getting documents notarized and obtaining affidavits or other certified papers.
- Ensure secure and confidential handling of all financial and personal documents.
- Provide timely updates to the office on the status of all field activities.
- Maintain a daily log of visits, submissions, and pending tasks.
- Support general office administrative tasks as well.
- Helping in day-to-day office tasks from different departments.
- Required Skills & CompetenciesStrong communication & interpersonal skills
- Good knowledge of Pune city routes (especially Wanowrie & surrounding areas)
- Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently
- Responsible and trustworthy with confidential documents
- Basic computer skills (Email, Excel, WhatsApp communication)
- Ability to coordinate with AMCs and other financial institutions
- Problem-solving attitude and flexibility
- Eligibility & RequirementsMinimum education: 12th Pass (Graduate preferred)
- Any experience in field/outdoor work, documentation handling, or customer coordination
- Must have a valid driving license
- Familiarity with financial services documentation is an advantage
