Job Description
Responsible for preparing and serving coffee, tea, and other beverages while providing excellent customer service in cafés, coffee shops, restaurants, or hotels.
Main Duties & Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve coffee, espresso, cappuccino, latte, tea, and cold beverages
- Operate coffee machines and grinders properly
- Take customer orders and handle billing/cash transactions
- Maintain cleanliness of the café, counters, and equipment
- Refill stock such as coffee beans, milk, cups, and syrups
- Follow food safety and hygiene standards
- Greet customers politely and provide friendly service
- Recommend menu items and answer customer questions
- Assist in opening and closing duties of the café
