Job Role - Branch Operations Executive


Location: Hadapsar, Pune

Experience: 0–2 Years

Role Overview

We are seeking a high-potential, execution-driven professional to take ownership of branch-level operations and ensure the seamless delivery of business processes. This role is designed for individuals who can combine operational discipline with customer-centric thinking to drive efficiency, consistency, and service excellence.

As a Branch Operations Manager, you will act as the backbone of the branch, ensuring that internal processes run with precision, teams remain aligned, and customers receive a superior experience at every touchpoint.


Key Responsibilities

1. Operational Excellence & Process Management

• Drive end-to-end execution of daily branch operations, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and adherence to defined processes

• Maintain and monitor operational dashboards, reports, and documentation with high attention to detail

• Ensure process standardization across activities to minimize errors and improve turnaround time


2. Cross-Functional Coordination

• Collaborate closely with internal departments (Sales, Finance, HR, and Support teams) to ensure seamless workflow execution

• Act as a central point of coordination to resolve operational bottlenecks and streamline inter-team dependencies


3. Customer Experience & Service Delivery

• Handle customer interactions and queries with professionalism, ensuring timely and effective resolution

• Uphold high standards of customer satisfaction by ensuring service quality and responsiveness


4. Team Support & Productivity Management

• Monitor team workflows, ensuring optimal productivity and task completion within defined timelines

• Support and guide junior team members in operational tasks and process adherence


5. Compliance & Governance

• Ensure strict adherence to company policies, regulatory requirements, and internal compliance frameworks

• Maintain audit-ready documentation and support internal reviews


6. Continuous Improvement & Business Impact

• Identify operational inefficiencies, process gaps, and improvement opportunities

• Proactively recommend and implement solutions to enhance productivity and operational scalability

• Contribute to achieving branch-level operational and business targets


Required Skills & Competencies

• Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to manage stakeholders effectively

• High level of organizational capability and structured thinking

• Analytical mindset with problem-solving orientation

• Strong attention to detail with process-driven execution

• Proficiency in MS Excel and digital tools for reporting and tracking

• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment


Educational Qualifications

• Graduate in any discipline (mandatory)

• MBA / Management background (preferred)
