Job Description

We are hiring an Experienced Senior Franchise Sales Executive with strong regional market knowledge to drive and close franchise sales for Bharat e-Seva Kendra. This role requires a proven closer, not just a caller, who can manage high-value conversations, lead junior sales executives, and consistently achieve monthly targets.

The candidate should be comfortable handling investment-based sales, explaining ROI, building trust with prospects, and working in a performance-driven environment.

  • Key Responsibilities: Sales & Closures Handle incoming franchise inquiries and high-intent leads.
  • Explain the Bharat e-Seva Kendra franchise model, investment, ROI, and support system
  • Conduct detailed sales presentations (online and offline)
  • Close franchise sales independently and with the team.
  • Handle objections related to pricing, trust, competition, and decision delays
  • Team Leadership & Management Guide, train, and monitor junior sales executives and interns
  • Assign daily tasks, review performance, and improve conversions
  • Support juniors during difficult negotiations and final closures
  • Build a disciplined, target-oriented sales culture
  • CRM & Reporting Maintain accurate lead data and follow-ups in CRM
  • Track daily, weekly and monthly sales performance
  • Prepare sales reports and share insights with management
  • Ensure proper funnel management (leads → meetings → closures)
  • Market & Strategy Understand regional customer behavior and decision-making patterns
  • Provide feedback on pricing, objections, and market demand
  • Coordinate with marketing and management for campaign improvements
  • Required Skills & Experience: Minimum 1 year experience in sales
  • Proven experience in Franchise Sales / Real Estate Sales / Channel Sales / B2B Sales
  • Strong regional market experience (Maharashtra preferred)
  • Excellent communication skills in Marathi & Hindi (English working knowledge)
  • Strong negotiation, persuasion, and closing skills
  • Experience working with targets, incentives, and performance pressure
  • Ability to lead, motivate, and control a sales team
  • Preferred Candidate Profile (Added Advantage):Background in franchise or real estate sales
  • Experience selling high-ticket or investment-based products
  • Rural or semi-urban market exposure
  • Experience in handling walk-ins, meetings, and on-ground sales
  • Salary & Incentives: Fixed Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹30,000 per month (based on experience)
