CAFE MANAGER

Three O Clock Café is a premium café concept located in the heart of WTC Kharadi, Pune. We are looking for an experienced and passionate Cafe Manager who can lead our team, maintain exceptional service standards, improve operational consistency, and contribute to the growth of the business.

• Key ResponsibilitiesOversee day-to-day café operations and ensure smooth functioning of all shifts.
• Lead, train, and motivate baristas and support staff.
• Maintain high standards of customer service and guest satisfaction.
• Ensure consistency in food and beverage quality, presentation, and service.
• Monitor staff performance, attendance, grooming, and workplace discipline.
• Maintain café decorum, cleanliness, hygiene, and professional atmosphere at all times.
• Handle customer feedback and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
• Manage inventory, stock ordering, wastage control, and vendor coordination.
• Monitor daily sales, cash handling, and operational reports.
• Implement strategies to increase customer retention and revenue.
• Work closely with management to improve operational efficiency and business performance.
• RequirementsMinimum 2–5 years of experience in café, restaurant, QSR, or hospitality management.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
• Knowledge of inventory management, billing systems, and operational procedures.
• Ability to handle pressure during peak business hours.
• Positive attitude, professional appearance, and problem-solving mindset.
• Experience in premium cafés or hospitality brands will be preferred.
