Job Title: Civil Engineer – Estimation & Project Coordination

Job SummaryWe are looking for a detail-oriented Male/ Female Civil Engineer with 2–3 years of experience in industrial construction and interior works. The candidate will be responsible for estimation, BOQ preparation, client coordination, and internal coordination with purchase and project teams for smooth execution and cost control.

• Key ResponsibilitiesEstimation & BOQPrepare detailed BOQ for:
• Industrial PEB structures
• RCC construction works
• Civil maintenance & office interior projects
• Quantity take-off from drawings
• Cost estimation and rate analysis
• Preparation of client quotations

• Client Coordination & Sales SupportShare quotations with clients and explain scope if required
• Regular follow-ups with existing clients for order conversion
• Maintain relationship with clients for repeat business
• Track enquiry status and update regularly

• Documentation & ReportingMaintain proper records of:
• BOQs, quotations, revisions
• Client communications and order status
• Prepare daily/weekly reports
• Report to Estimation Manager

• Internal CoordinationCoordinate with:
• Purchase Team for material inputs and costing
• Project Team for execution data and updates
• Provide required data for:
• Ongoing projects
• Procurement planning

• Cost Monitoring & ControlAssist in tracking project costs vs estimated cost
• Identify and suggest cost-saving measures
• Monitor implementation of cost-saving initiatives

• Required SkillsTechnical SkillsStrong knowledge of:
• PEB structures (basic understanding)
• RCC construction
• Office interiors (partitions, ceilings, glass, etc.)
• BOQ preparation & quantity take-off
• Basic rate analysis

• Software SkillsMS Excel (must)
• MS Word & Email drafting
• AutoCAD (basic knowledge preferred)

• Soft SkillsGood communication & follow-up skills
• Strong coordination ability
• Attention to detail and documentation
• Ability to manage multiple tasks

• Eligibility CriteriaQualification: B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering
• Experience: 2–3 years in estimation / industrial / interior projects
• Gender Preference: Female
• Location Preference: Pune (near Viman Nagar preferred)
