Civil Site Engineer

Site Execution & Supervision Execute work as per approved drawings, BOQ, and work methodology Technical supervision of ongoing civil work: road formation, sub-base, WMM, GSB, concreting, masonry, plastering, flooring Setting out levels, alignments, and grades for roads using survey instruments

Coordination Coordinate with subcontractors, labor, and other agencies to maintain planned progress Convey instructions to supervisors and laborersLiaise with project manager, architects, consultants

Quality & Safety Check quality of materials: concrete, blocks, aggregates, bitumenEnsure workmanship and compliance with quality standardsFollow site safety procedures and conduct toolbox talks

Materials & Stores Work out material requirements, prepare requisitions, and check received materialsControl stores, track consumption, and reduce wastagePurchase daily-use materials from market as per specs

Documentation & Reporting Prepare daily progress reports, monthly material consumption reports Maintain site diary, measurement books, change orders, QC records Assist senior engineers in preparing subcontractor and vendor bills Collect drawings and check for discrepancies
