We are an authorized distributor/dealer associated with leading steel brands including Tata Steel and JSW Steel, serving customers across construction, infrastructure, engineering, fabrication, and industrial sectors. We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused professional to strengthen client relationships and support business growth in steel sales.

Job Title - Client Relationship Executive – Steel Sales

Location- Pune

Department - Sales & Marketing

Reports To - Director

Job Summary

- The Client Relationship Executive will be responsible for managing customer relationships, generating sales opportunities, handling inquiries, and coordinating order execution for steel products. The role requires regular interaction with contractors, builders, fabricators, dealers, industrial buyers, and corporate clients. The candidate should have excellent communication skills, a sales-oriented mindset, and basic knowledge of steel products and market operations.

Key Responsibilities 

Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers.

Promote and sell steel products from leading brands including Tata Steel and JSW Steel.

Handle customer inquiries, prepare quotations, negotiate pricing, and close sales orders.

Coordinate with warehouse, dispatch, logistics, and accounts teams for smooth order processing.

Ensure timely follow-up on payments and outstanding receivables.

Conduct client meetings, site visits, and market visits regularly.

Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable steel products such as:

TMT Bars

HR/CR Sheets

Steel Coils

Pipes & Tubes

Structural Steel

Roofing Sheets

Maintain sales records, customer databases, and daily reporting.

Develop new business opportunities in construction, manufacturing, and infrastructure sectors.

Monitor competitor activities and market pricing trends.

Ensure high customer satisfaction and long-term business relationships.

Eligibility Criteria

EducationBachelor’s degree , Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.

Experience 

0–5 years of experience in sales, client servicing, or relationship management.

Experience in steel, building materials, industrial products, or construction-related sales preferred.

Freshers with strong communication and sales skills may also apply.

Required Skills

Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Strong customer relationship management abilities.

Basic understanding of steel products and industrial sales.

Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Office, and billing/CRM software.

Ability to work under sales targets and deadlines.

Good coordination and follow-up skills.

Willingness to travel for client visits and market development.
