Job Title: Senior Sales Staff
Job Description:
We are looking for a proactive candidate with 1–2 years retail experience and basic computer skills to manage store operations and sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Attend to customers and achieve weekly/monthly sales targets.
- Manage online orders, dispatches, and maintain full inventory.
- Learn product details through training.
- Assist in store displays and merchandising with staff support.
- Call and engage customers for new collections and send WhatsApp updates.
- Report sales, stock, and customer feedback to management.
Requirements:
- Retail experience (1–2 years) and basic computer knowledge.
- Strong communication, organization, and customer service skills.
Proactive, and able to work independently.
- no off on weekend
- In store timing is 10.30am -9.30 pm
