Job Description
Job Overview:
We are looking for a sharp, responsible and ownership taking individual to manage the entire customer support team and ensure smooth operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the complete customer support team and daily operations
Take regular updates from team leaders and ensure smooth coordination
Handle a team structure of minimum 5 team members
Ensure timely and effective resolution of customer queries
Monitor team performance and maintain quality standards
Handle escalations and take end to end ownership
Train and guide team members for performance improvement
Maintain discipline and ensure process adherence
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth workflow
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of experience managing more than 5 team members, especially in customer support
Strong ownership mindset and problem solving skills
Disciplined, sincere and dedicated towards work
Good communication and team handling ability
