Job SummaryWe are looking for a motivated and confident Female Recovery Agent / Telecaller to manage customer follow-ups regarding pending payments and overdue accounts. The candidate will communicate with customers over phone calls, maintain records of recovery activities, and help achieve collection targets while maintaining a professional and customer-friendly approach.

• Key ResponsibilitiesContact customers via phone to remind them about pending payments and overdue accounts.
• Follow up regularly with customers to ensure timely payment recovery.
• Explain payment dues, repayment schedules, and available payment options.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and payment commitments.
• Resolve customer queries related to outstanding balances.
• Coordinate with internal teams regarding recovery status and customer feedback.
• Meet daily and monthly collection targets.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and recovery procedures.
• Escalate difficult cases to the concerned department when necessary.
• RequirementsFemale candidate.
• 0–2 years of experience in telecalling, customer service, collections, or recovery (freshers may apply).
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Excel, email handling).
• Ability to handle customers professionally and confidently.
• Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
• Ability to work under targets and deadlines.
