• Key ResponsibilitiesCoordinate daily dispatch activities as per delivery schedules.
• Prepare and maintain dispatch-related documents, including invoices, delivery challans, and e-way bills.
• Coordinate with the warehouse, production, and sales teams to ensure timely dispatch of orders.
• Communicate with transporters and customers regarding shipment schedules and delivery updates.
• Track shipments and maintain accurate dispatch records.
• Ensure all dispatch documentation is complete and error-free.
• Update dispatch details in Excel or ERP software.
• Support the team in resolving dispatch-related queries and issues.
• Follow company policies and standard operating procedures.
