Job Description

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare orders for dispatch (packing, labeling, and documentation)
  • Plan and manage daily dispatch schedules
  • Generate invoices, delivery challans, and E-way bills
  • Coordinate with transporters and logistics partners
  • Ensure timely dispatch of goods as per schedule
  • Maintain and update dispatch records (register/software)
  • Coordinate with warehouse and inventory teams
  • Handle returns and damaged goods processes
  • Track shipments and resolve dispatch-related issues
  • Report delays, discrepancies, or operational issues promptly
  • Required Skills:
  • Strong communication and coordination skills
  • Good time management and organizational ability
  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, ERP systems preferred)
  • Problem-solving mindset
  • Attention to detail and accountability
