Job Description
Job Title : General Manager (Operations & Expansion)
Location : Pune, Maharashtra
Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and responsible General Manager to handle the overall operations of Shegaon Kachori outlets. The candidate will manage daily outlet performance, staff, inventory, sales, quality control, and support new outlet openings.
The ideal candidate should be strong in operations, team handling, reporting, and business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Operations Management
- Manage daily operations of all outlets
- Ensure smooth kitchen and counter operations
- Maintain food quality and hygiene standards
- Monitor outlet performance and sales
Staff Management
- Handle outlet staff and supervisors
- Create staff schedules and duty management
- Ensure discipline and productivity
- Train staff for customer service and operations
Inventory & Cost Control
- Monitor raw material, and stock usage
- Control wastage and prevent losses
- Maintain daily stock and sales reports
- Ensure proper cash handling
Business Growth
- Support opening of new outlets
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers
- Improve sales and customer experience
- Implement operational systems across all outlets
Reporting
- Share daily and weekly reports with owner
- Track expenses, sales, and profit performance
- Identify issues and provide solutions
Requirements
- Experience in food business / QSR / restaurant operations preferred
- Strong leadership and team handling skills
- Basic knowledge of inventory and cost control
- Honest, disciplined, and responsible
- Able to travel when required
Salary : ₹25,000 – ₹35,000/month
