Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹15,000 per month

About Extensile MediaExtensile Media is a fast-growing digital marketing agency specializing in Branding, Social Media Marketing, SEO, Performance Marketing, and Website Development. We are looking for a creative and passionate Graphic Designer who is eager to learn, work on real client projects, and grow with our team.

Key Responsibilities

• Design creative social media posts, banners, and ad creatives.
• Create brochures, flyers, posters, standees, and other marketing materials.
• Design logos, brand identity elements, and company profiles.
• Create Instagram posts, carousel creatives, stories, and reel thumbnails.
• Edit images and prepare creatives for digital marketing campaigns.
• Collaborate with the Digital Marketing and Content teams.
• Ensure all designs follow client branding guidelines.
• Deliver creative work within project deadlines.

Required Skills

• Basic knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Canva, and Figma.
• Good understanding of typography, color theory, and layout design.
• Creativity with strong attention to detail.
• Willingness to learn and accept constructive feedback.
• Basic knowledge of AI design tools is an added advantage.

Eligibility

• Freshers are encouraged to apply.
• Degree/Diploma in Graphic Design, Multimedia, Fine Arts, or a related field is preferred.
• A portfolio showcasing academic, freelance, or personal design work is preferred.

Important Requirements

• ✅ Candidates must be from Pune or nearby areas of Hadapsar and should be available to work from the office.
• 💻 OWN LAPTOP IS MANDATORY. Candidates without a personal laptop will not be considered for this position.
