We are seeking an experienced HR professional with a background in automation or automobile manufacturing industries. The role involves managing end-to-end HR functions including recruitment, employee relations, compliance, and performance management in a fast-paced production environment.

• Key Responsibilities1. Recruitment & Talent AcquisitionManage full-cycle recruitment for technical and non-technical roles (engineers, technicians, production staff).
• Coordinate with department heads to understand manpower requirements.
• Source candidates through job portals, consultants, and campus hiring.
• 2. Employee Lifecycle ManagementHandle onboarding, induction, and exit formalities.
• Maintain employee records, attendance, and leave management systems.
• Ensure smooth employee engagement throughout the lifecycle.
• 3. Performance ManagementSupport implementation of KPI/KRA systems for plant and corporate employees.
• Assist in performance appraisal cycles and employee development plans.
• 4. Statutory Compliance & Labor LawsEnsure compliance with labor laws applicable to manufacturing units (Factories Act, PF, ESIC, etc.).
• Maintain statutory registers and handle audits/inspections.
• 5. Employee Relations & Industrial RelationsAddress employee grievances and maintain healthy workplace culture.
• Work closely with plant teams to manage shop-floor discipline.
• Support union interactions (if applicable).
• 6. Training & DevelopmentIdentify training needs for technical and behavioral skills.
• Coordinate internal/external training programs.
• 7. HR Operations & Payroll SupportAssist payroll processing, attendance validation, and shift management.
• Generate HR MIS reports and dashboards.
• Required QualificationsMBA / PGDM in HR or equivalent.
• 2–8 years of HR experience in automation, automotive, or manufacturing industry.
• Strong knowledge of labor laws and factory compliance.
• Key SkillsStrong communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of shop-floor HR practices
• Problem-solving and conflict resolution
• Familiarity with HRMS and payroll systems
• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
• Preferred ExperienceExperience in automobile OEMs, auto components, robotics, or industrial automation companies
• Exposure to plant HR operations and industrial relations
• Work EnvironmentFactory/plant-based role with coordination between corporate HR and production teams.
