📢 Hiring: Senior HR Manager (Construction Industry)📍 Location: Lullanagar, Pune
💼 Experience Required: 8+ Years
💰 Salary: ₹40,000 – ₹70,000 (based on experience)
🔍 Role Overview:
We are looking for a Senior HR professional who can build, streamline, and strengthen HR systems within our construction company. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in identifying hiring gaps, setting up structured processes, and managing end-to-end HR operations.
- 🧩 Key Responsibilities:Identify gaps in hiring & workforce planning and implement solutions
- Handle end-to-end recruitment, especially for construction roles
- Develop and implement HR systems, policies, and processes
- Create and manage SOPs, SOWs, KPIs, and KRAs for all departments
- Design and execute employee performance review systems
- Ensure statutory compliances (PF, ESIC, labour laws, etc.)
- Oversee daily HR operations (attendance, payroll coordination, employee engagement)
- Build a structured and scalable work culture
- ✅ Requirements:Minimum 8+ years of HR experience, preferably in construction/real estate/infrastructure
- Strong understanding of labour laws & HR compliances
- Proven experience in process building & HR system setup
- Ability to drive organizational structure and accountability
- Strong leadership, communication & problem-solving skills
