Delmon Solutions is a leading It solutions provider and is looking for an experienced IT Recruiter for its Pune(Baner) location.
Job Details : Work From Office
Office timings : 830 am to 530 pm , Sunday work off.
Job Description:
- Handle end-to-end IT recruitment for clients (Contract & C2H roles).
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and internal databases.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews.
- Coordinate with hiring managers for requirement understanding and closures.
- Manage interview scheduling, feedback tracking, and offer follow-ups.
- Maintain the candidate pipeline and ensure timely closures.
- Achieve monthly hiring targets and maintain quality submissions.
- Visit client locations within Pune for stakeholder interactions.
Key Skills Required:
- Min 5 years experience in IT recruitment
- Strong experience in IT skill-based sourcing (Java, .NET, SAP, DevOps, Testing, etc.)
- Good communication and stakeholder coordination skills
- Experience working on Contract / C2H roles
- Ability to work in a fast-paced staffing environment
- Complete work from the office is required.
