HR Head

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced HR Manager to oversee all human resources functions in a fast-paced BPO environment. The candidate will be responsible for recruitment, employee engagement, performance management, compliance, and overall HR operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end recruitment for bulk hiring (agents, team leaders, support staff)

Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals

Handle employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary actions

Monitor attendance, attrition, and retention strategies

Ensure smooth onboarding and induction processes

Oversee performance management and appraisals

Maintain HR records and ensure compliance with labour laws

Drive employee engagement activities and initiatives

Coordinate training and development programs

Manage payroll inputs, leave records, and HRMIS systems (like Keka)

Key Requirements:

Proven experience in BPO/Call Centre HR operations

Strong knowledge of bulk hiring and vendor management

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to handle a high-pressure and target-driven environment

Good understanding of labour laws and compliance

Proficiency in MS Excel and HR software
