Job Description

Position OverviewThe Office Administrator will be responsible for ensuring smooth day-to-day operations of the office, supporting management and staff with administrative tasks, and maintaining compliance with company policies. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently.

  • Key ResponsibilitiesAdministrative Support

  • Manage office correspondence, emails, and phone calls.
  • Schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation as required.
  • Office Operations

  • Oversee office supplies inventory and place orders as needed.
  • Coordinate with vendors, service providers, and contractors.
  • Ensure office equipment and facilities are maintained.
  • HR & Compliance Assistance

  • Support onboarding and induction of new employees.
  • Maintain employee records and assist with leave management.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies and statutory compliance.
  • Finance & Record Keeping

  • Assist with payroll processing and expense reimbursements.
  • Maintain accurate records of invoices, receipts, and petty cash.
  • Support audits and compliance checks with proper documentation.
  • Communication & Coordination

  • Act as a point of contact between management and employees.
  • Draft internal communications, notices, and circulars.
  • Facilitate smooth coordination across departments.
  • Qualifications & SkillsBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or related field.
  • Proven experience in office administration or similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
