Roles & Responsibilities:

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle (sourcing to onboarding)
• Coordinate with hiring team to understand job roles, expectations, and timelines clearly
• Understand hiring requirements from different departments
• Post job openings on job portals, social media, and other platforms
• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and databases
• Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on requirements
• Schedule interviews and follow up with candidates and hiring managers
• Maintain candidate database and recruitment trackers, MIS reports, and candidate records
• Ensure timely closure of open positions
• Maintain strong candidate relationships and employer branding
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
• Assist in HR operations activities when required
• Handle urgent and critical position closures under tight deadlines
• Ensure compliance with company policies and hiring guidelines
• Required Skills:Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic understanding of recruitment process
• Knowledge of job portals (Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.)
• Strong organizational and coordination skills
• Ability to handle multiple positions simultaneously
• Negotiation and convincing skills /Grievience handling
• MS Excel and basic computer knowledge
• Ability to do Multitasking
• Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• MBA/PGDM in HR
