Webasha Training Institute is looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Trainer / Faculty to deliver industry-oriented training and prepare students for real-world career opportunities.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Training Delivery: Facilitate highly interactive, hands-on labs and classroom sessions on foundational and advanced Red Hat architectures. 
• Curriculum Alignment: Collaborate with content creation teams to improve learning modules, assignments, and practical review scenarios. 
• Lab Management: Set up, maintain, and troubleshoot virtualized laboratory environments (e.g., KVM, VMware) to execute system administration tasks. Certification Preparation: Mentor and coach candidates to clear core industrial milestones.
• Performance Tracking: Evaluate student progress through mock tests, script reviews, and system troubleshooting assessments. 
• Deliver classroom sessions and practical laboratory training.
• Conduct hands-on training sessions.
• Guide students in mini projects, major projects, and certification preparation.
• Develop assignments, lab manuals, and training content.
• Prepare students for technical interviews.
• Evaluate student performance through practical assessments and examinations.
• Keep the curriculum aligned with the latest networking and Linux industry standards.

ELIGIBILITY

✔ BE/B.Tech, ME/M.Tech, MCA, MSc (Computer Science/IT), or equivalent
