Job Title:Key Accountant Manager

• Job Responsibilities:Handle vendor bill auditing and verification
• Manage contractor billing and payment records
• Prepare and maintain monthly payment sheets
• Generate and manage employee salary slips and payroll data
• Track and update client payment status and outstanding payments
• Maintain all company-related payment records and accounting documentation
• Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and internal teams regarding payment processes
• Ensure timely processing of invoices and payments
• Prepare financial reports, expense summaries, and payment trackers
• Maintain accurate records in Google Sheets, Excel, or accounting software
• Monitor pending dues and follow up for collections/payments
• Support management with budgeting and financial planning activities
• Required Skills:Strong knowledge of accounting and billing processes
• Good command of MS Excel / Google Sheets
• Attention to detail and strong auditing skills
• Ability to manage multiple payment records efficiently
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Basic knowledge of GST, invoices, and financial documentation preferred
• Preferred Candidate:Experience in construction, interior, or project-based companies preferred
• Organized, responsible, and detail-oriented
• Ability to handle confidential financial data professionally

Experience:1–5 Years Preferred
