Job Summary:We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Lead Generation Executive for the interior industry. The candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities by visiting builders, architects, consultants, and corporate offices to develop strong business relationships and generate leads for interior and turnkey projects.

• Key Responsibilities:Visit builders, architects, contractors, and corporate offices regularly to generate leads.
• Develop and maintain strong professional relationships with architects and builders.
• Identify new business opportunities for interior design and turnkey projects.
• Arrange meetings and presentations with potential clients.
• Coordinate with the sales and design team for project discussions and follow-ups.
• Maintain daily visit reports and lead status updates.
• Generate quality leads and convert them into business opportunities.
• Conduct market research to identify upcoming projects and potential clients.
• Achieve monthly lead generation and business targets.
• Required Skills:Good communication and convincing skills.
• Strong networking and relationship-building abilities.
• Knowledge of interior projects and turnkey execution.
• Self-motivated and target-oriented approach.
• Basic knowledge of CRM and MS Office.
• Preferred Candidate Profile:Minimum 2+ years of experience in lead generation/business development in the interior industry.
• MBA candidates will be preferred.
• Candidate should have a good network with builders and architects.
• Must own a two-wheeler and be comfortable with field visits.
