Job Title: Media Planner – Client Servicing (OOH Advertising)

Role Overview
The Media Planner – Client Servicing at Marquis Advertising and Marketing will be responsible for end-to-end planning, coordination, and execution of Out-of-Home (OOH) advertising campaigns. The role requires a detail-oriented and proactive individual who can understand client requirements, develop effective media plans, and ensure seamless execution within defined timelines.
Key Responsibilities
Media Planning & Strategy
Understand Pune market geography and available media inventory.
Analyze competition and identify competitive advantages.
Interpret client briefs and develop OOH media plans aligned with communication and business goals.
Ensure timely submission of media plans.
Execution & Coordination
Maintain complete ownership of media plans including quality of photographs, inventory availability, and negotiated rates.
Coordinate with operations/installation teams to ensure timely and accurate execution.
Share execution updates including start dates, monitoring reports, and site photographs with clients.
Client Servicing
Maintain regular communication with clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
Ensure all updates and changes in plans are properly communicated and documented.
Manage client expectations and ensure high satisfaction levels.
Operations & Reporting
Update inventory and hoarding booking status daily.
Maintain and update business sheets and planning databases.
Track competition and conduct client recce and follow-ups.
Prepare and submit sales and campaign reports to management.
Commercial Responsibilities
Manage client contracts, POs, vendor POs, invoicing, and payments in coordination with
the accounts team.
Follow up on payment collections.
Key Requirements & Skills
Education: Bachelors degree in Engineering or a related field.
Experience: 1–3+ years in client service, account management, or sales-related roles.
Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills for client calls, emails, and
presentations.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office, MS-Excel, PPT
Soft Skills: Strong interpersonal abilities, problem-solving, time management, and the ability to
handle pressure.
Core Responsibilities
Relationship Management: Cultivating long-term relationships through exceptional service.
Client Onboarding: Managing the onboarding process for new clients.
Communication: Serving as the main point of contact, providing updates, and resolving issues
promptly.
Project Coordination: Working with internal teams to deliver projects on time.
Growth: Identifying opportunities to upsell services and securing client referrals.
General Requirements
