About the Role: Dreamspan Ventures Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced and proactive Modular Furniture Supervisor to oversee factory production and on-site installation activities. The ideal candidate will ensure that production is carried out efficiently, quality standards are maintained, and projects are completed within the committed timelines.

Key Responsibilities

·        Supervise daily production of modular furniture as per approved drawings and production schedules.

·        Prepare machine-ready production drawings or undergo training to develop competency in machine drawing preparation.

·        Monitor all manufacturing processes, including:

o  Panel Cutting

o  Edge Banding

o  CNC Drilling

o  Assembly

o  Packing

o  Dispatch

·        Ensure quality inspections are conducted before dispatch and installation.

·        Coordinate with the Production, Stores, Procurement, Design, and Installation teams for smooth execution.

·        Supervise on-site furniture installation activities and resolve execution-related issues.

·        Maintain daily production reports, site progress reports, and material tracking records.

·        Ensure adherence to safety standards, quality guidelines, and delivery schedules.

·        Monitor manpower productivity and ensure efficient utilization of available resources.

·        Identify production bottlenecks and implement corrective actions to improve efficiency.

·        Ensure proper handling and storage of materials and finished products to minimize damage and wastage.

·        Support continuous process improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and quality.

Required Skills & Competencies

·        Strong understanding of modular furniture manufacturing processes.

·        Ability to read and interpret AutoCAD and furniture production drawings.

·        Knowledge of preparing machine drawings is preferred (training can be provided).

·        Good knowledge of modular furniture materials, including:

o  Plywood

o  MDF

o  HDHMR

o  Particle Board

o  Laminates

o  Veneers

o  Edge Banding

o  Furniture Hardware

·        Familiarity with production machinery such as CNC routers, panel saws, edge banding machines, drilling machines, and assembly tools.

·        Strong leadership and team management skills.

·        Excellent communication and coordination abilities.

·        Basic proficiency in MS Excel and MS Word.

Eligibility Criteria

·        3–8 years of relevant experience in modular furniture manufacturing, production supervision, or site execution.

·        Experience in factory production and installation supervision is preferred.

·        Willingness to travel to project sites as required.
