Job Description

Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the office premises (workstations, cabins, pantry, washrooms, etc.)

Serve tea, coffee, and water to staff and visitors

Assist in setting up meeting rooms and serving refreshments during meetings

Handle office errands such as photocopying, scanning, filing, and document delivery

Support staff with day-to-day administrative tasks

Collect and distribute couriers, parcels, and official documents

Manage pantry supplies and ensure availability of essentials

Assist in basic office maintenance and report any issues

Help in loading/unloading office materials when required
