We, Shreeji Aqua Family, are one of the leading environmental solutions providers in India.
We specialize in the design, erection, installation, and commissioning of Water Treatment Plants, Sewage Treatment Plants, Reverse Osmosis (RO) Plants, and other related systems. We cater to a wide range of industries and proudly serve a large and growing client base across the country. As a comprehensive environmental solutions provider, we also operate NABL and MoEFCC-accredited laboratories for testing food, air, water, and soil.
Additionally, we are one of the leading manufacturers of water and wastewater treatment chemicals in India.
- Key ResponsibilitiesManage and monitor Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMCs) for all clients.
- Ensure timely renewal and follow-up of AMC contracts with customers.
- Maintain and update AMC schedules, client records, and contract documentation.
- Coordinate with technical and service teams to ensure smooth execution of AMC visits.
- Respond to client queries, complaints, and feedback related to AMC services.
- Prepare and share AMC service reports, schedules, and visit summaries.
- Follow up with clients regarding AMC payments and billing status.
- Work closely with the sales team to upsell or renew additional services.
- Maintain positive client relationships and ensure high satisfaction levels.
- Track and report AMC performance and client feedback to management regularly.
- Required Skills & QualificationsStrong written and verbal communication in English, Hindi, and Marathi.
- Excellent coordination and follow-up skills.
- Basic technical knowledge of ETP/STP/RO systems is preferred.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and professional email communication.
- Strong time management and organizational abilities.
- EducationGraduate in Science / Engineering / Business Administration or related field.
- Experience1–3 years of experience in customer support, coordination, or service management.
- Candidates with experience in AMC handling or the utility service sectors will be preferred.
- Freshers with good communication skills and a willingness to learn may also apply.
